Purcell was truly great. He explained the problem and the solutions, quoted me the price, and quickly got our bathrooms back in running condition.
My kitchen sink was clogged, and my home warranty company sent a plumbing company came and tried to snake it out, but they could not fix it, then my insurance company dumped me right from there. I was so disappointed and also worried the cost to fix it might be unbelievable. then I called Roto-Rooter per my friend recommendation. guess what, they have a technician right near my area, and came within a hour. and more unbelievably, he snaked the pipe open within only half hour!!! I was so relieved that I don't need blow my budget before Christmas for some unusual method recommended by the previous company. The technician name is William, #577. I am truly thankful for him, I am sure it was his personal experience and skill that helped to resolve this issue so quickly. He was also very professional and a very kind person. I told him that from now on, I will only use Roto-Rooter company for my plumbing issues.
Mr. Purcell was an amazing tech. He came literally in less than an hour of me making the phone call. His customer service was exceptional. Not only did he fix my plumbing issue right away. He noticed that I was a young new home owner and gave several suggestions on preventive care. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about his job. He made what seemed an awful home owning experience into a less stressful night by giving me outstanding words of encouragement. I am more than happy with the service I received.
Purcell 3755. Had a back up in our line and Purcell came out right away to fix it. He was a lifesaver and was willing to explain the process from beginning to end. Very happy!
Khiangte was friendly and knowledgeable. He came to fix a gas leak that another company had indicated was present on a pipe in our basement. He tested it and actually determined there was no gas leak (not sure what that other company was saying) and thus no additional work was required. As a result they only charged me a greatly reduced trip fee which I was happy to pay just for the piece of mind.
He was also pleasant and interesting and really fun to chat with, which in my mind led me to not only trust him, but to respect a company that would have the good sense to hire him. Thanks, Roto-rooter!
