Fast and efficient. The shuttle followed me to my parking spot, so I was right on.
Been parking here for YEARS. Never had a bad experience. Always a shuttle waiting or close by. Drivers are courteous and helpful as are the gate attendants. Complimentary bottles of water when you exit!
So easy to park. Shuttle comes immediately to pick you up to go to airport. Driver helps with luggage. Will help with snow removal in winter and battery charge. Free water when leaving.
I saw one bad review on here and the comment was about the "Red" and "Blue" buses. These are the Maryland State run buses and are the reason I switched and use the Fast Park and Relax service. This is the absolute best service for parking. I have never had to wait for a van either to the terminal or back. In fact, most times, they are waiting for me. I love these folks and will never go anywhere else.
First time ever using fast park and I would not hesitate to do it again. Exceptional service at a better price than BWI. Waited maybe 5 min at the terminal to be picked back up and dropped right at my car.
