You take care of the customer, direct them to their spot, pick-up immediately, drop-off to their car. Allow reservations, allow coupons. All good and I especially love the app that shows where the shuttles are. MUCH faster pick-up at BWI than the standard BWI parking services provide.
The Parking Spot was great. The service, the employees were very friendly. The timeliness, never had to wait. So glad you emailed me about BWI temporarily changing the pick up point, we had no problem getting to our car on our return because you thoughtfully sent me the email. I would highly recommend it. I love the way your shuttles are painted :-) Can't Miss 'Em.

Poor customer service!!! The driver did not bother to help assist with my luggage at the airport. Instead I was informed by the driver to lift my luggage up to the top stair of the bus for him. Driver also did not offer to help with unloading of luggage at my car. Definitely think twice unless you like lifting your luggage!!
The Parking Spot is my go to parking lot when I fly out of BWI. Would not use another company. They are professional and timely with their services. It's very well run.
Great service to and from airport. Bus is usually there before I am out of my car. Don't have to wait long when returning.
