Wasnt a wait when i went. Fries were hot but my bun was hard and stale. Costumer service wasnt the best , but fair.
They will slow and they was lazy and the store was it clean
At least 2 out of every 3 times I visit this particular Checkers, there is mayhem in the kitchen. Lots of yelling, Often laced with profanities...and good luck getting your order right on the first try. Literally MOST of the time they miss one or two items. I ordered the 4 for 4 recently, which turned out to be 3 for 4 until I went back through the drive through and asked for the missing item. Yesterday I ordered a combo along with the 2 pies for $1 special. I got the burger, the drink...but not the fries and pies...and then the guy closed the window and turned his back to me. After knocking on the window and asking for the missing items, he handed me the fries, closed the window and turned around again. Seriously? Knock knock, I still need my pies! "They didn't put em in the bag?" Uhh, no.
If you visit this location, be prepared. If it weren't for the cheap, decadent food I would not return and support such poor management and attitudes.
Not fresh. They freeze the whole hamburger and microwave it when they serve you. It taste like a day old
No stars given...! The service was horrible. The quality of their food isn't consistent. It's different each time I go. I was told the pies would take 3 mins and was told 4 mins. We end up waiting 20 mins. No worries though, I wont be returning!!!
