Had a decent stay here as I was temporarily displaced from home for a week. It was quiet, clean, and staff was friendly. Only thing I would suggest is when guest need something its more convenient for it to be brought to room vs having to go to front desk to get. Wasn't to Happy about having to go downstairs for fresh linens and kitchen supplies. Will def stay again if I need to.
We only stayed here to park and fly. Walked into the place and smelled marijuana. The room was nor clean. The one thing we stayed here for was the shuttle to the airport. Well the shuttle don't start running until 615. Plane leaves at 615. Had to catch a uber..never will stay at an extended stay again.
Older modeled hotel with clean rooms. Stay was extremely friendly & offered several eatery options. Shuttle driver on 9/27 am was extremely helpful and took me early to the airport. Pleasantly surprised after reading the negative reviews. Closely adjacent to BWI.
Never staying at this location again. There is another Extended Stay America up the road, much better experience. I checked in at 3pm, was given a room next to front desk and the entrance, which contributed to noises all night. TV remote didn't work, was NOT provided Wifi name, didn't have shampoo in my room, they were out of utensils and plates, and to top it off, as the shower didn't work. The front desk agent, Sean, was on his phone when I went up to the front desk, and continued to talk for a good 2 minutes before acknowledging my presence. NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN!
The 2 is ONLY because there is a caring, on top of it manager who is trying to improve. Our shower was NOT CLEANED when we checked in. Obvious, hair in tub. Photos below are the stains that remained after cleaning.(although poor quality) My company reserved and paid on company card, but i was not allowed to checkin without providing my card, which he wanted to charge for $500. Turns out he did, despite agreeing to check with manager instead. Then i had to wait on charge reversal. Kitchens have NO DISHES unless you request, which took 2 days and 4 requests to obtain! Could never recommend without drastic changes. Positive, room design is great functional model for kitchenette, desk, bed. Most staff were very friendly and manager is so kind, she works hard, and really valued our feedback!
