Excellent value for the Priceline Express Deal. Very quiet. Situated amongst restaurants, fast food and a movie theater. The front office was also nice and accommodating.
I got the feeling that it was remodeled in the 70's and has not been upgraded since. Snowy TV, flat pillow, non-working outlets (where you could find one), NOT Breakfast (little/small wrapped muffins and coffee) but listings have Breakfast shown as an amenity). Front desk attitude... and I could go on...
Bad Experience - I recently stayed at this facility, and I can't find anything good to say. The price was more than those listed here, and I had expected minimum amenities for this price. However, there were NO amenities and I now have a long list of "non-functional" or "total lack" of comforts for the customer.
The only improvements I would recommend is pressure washing the stairways and landings. Dirty and grungy concrete doesn't match the clean rooms and hurts the curb appeal a little, but not much.
Nice, clean place. Had a pleasant time. Friendly staff.
Did you ever wonder where bank robbers go to split the loot? Now I know. The front desk people were excellent. the staff was very friendly including housekeeping people. The place is dated in need of general maintenance. It's a place to crash. It's like when you want your aunt's house during the summer. No Frills. a bed a desk a chair and TV (with limited incorrectly labeled channels).
The free wi fi also is substandard. Videos freeze but you can accomplish basic functions. I was listening for the dial up modem sound. I thought I heard it but was mistaken. I think the internet sucks so you will be compelled to buy a daily access pass.
Room is very dated, bedding looks old and dingy. Bathroom maintenance could have been better, hotel should pay close attention to mold prevention. Room window had a huge crack which looks as if someone threw a rock or something at it. Room smells as if someone was smoking in it prior to us checking in. Front office staff doesn't seem to be professional at all. The only good thing about this hotel is the close proximity to Baltimore Airport, some eateries and highway. Hyatt, Holiday Inn is practically next door, if your going to stay somewhere spend the extra $20-$30 and stay at the other locations.
