Water pressure in shower is very weak, combined with water-saving shower head it's a real disappointment (top (5th) floor room so maybe better on lower floors). Scrambled eggs on breakfast buffet are obviously instant, all dry & crumbly. Staff is very friendly. Good fitness center. Great bed!
My fiance and i booked a block of rooms for our wedding. Adam, the Events Coordinator, was awesome. He was very communicative and kept us abreast of the status of booked rooms. The rooms were modern, spacious, and clean. We were able to leave gift bags for our guests with the front desk. Also, we were allowed to hold our rehearsal dinner in the breakfast area of the hotel. It is a public area so we could not reserve it. However, none of the other hotel guests were using the area so we ended up having sole use of it. All of the staff were friendly and very accommodating. As a bonus, this hotel works with Catering By Uptown and provides a complimentary shuttle for guests between the hotel and wedding site.
