Close to the airport. Clean and the people there very friendly and helpful. Room service was timely and delicious. Hotel is usually sold out during the week but you wouldn’t know. Shuttle to the airport spot on. This hotel is just another example of why I always stay at a Hilton.
Good location. Nice hotel building. Nice room. Staff very friendly. However, Gold status does not give you as much as used to. Concierge Lounge is not open to Gold anymore.
Lovely hotel. Parking isn't the best. They do have valet tho. Rooms are nice. They ball room is beautiful and spacious. Reasonable rates.
My husband and I have stayed at this hotel every October for the past nine years. We take an annual trip to the Caribbean. This year, at check-in, it was discovered that our reservations did not include the at hotel parking benefit (through no fault of the hotel). Samantha, was assisting us with our check-in, spent quite a bit of time rectifying the situation while working with her managers. Her time and the commitment to assisting their guests made everything all good in the end. Thank you so much for everyone's time and energy. See you next year.
Beautiful hotel! Went to a workshop here. Great accommodations. Only thing missing was coffee and light snacks for the workshop. Bought lunch at the restaurant. It was good.
