Very nice hotel, breakfast was delish. We brought our dog, and stayed on the first floor. Front desk staff was extremely helpful. We gad 2 lights out in our room and they were replaced immediately. The room was spacious, especially for a family of 4 with a dog.
I attended a business meeting at the Hyatt Place in Baltimore. We were very happy with the knowledgeable staff. They were very hospitable and took care of us. They had a great breakfast bar with great coffee options. It was right around the corner from several restaurants which was great for lunch options.
The room was nice and spacious, but there were some issues that are causing me to give this 3 stars. We had to switch the first room we got because as soon as we opened the door to the room, it smelled like cigarette smoke (the entire hotel is supposed to be smoke free). Our second smelled clean when we walked in, but the bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke too!! We didn't want to keep switching rooms, so we kept the bathroom door closed the whole time and the smell didn't leak into the room. The other issue is that a fly somehow got into our room. I eventually "got rid of it", but we were on the 5th floor, so I'm not sure how a fly found its way into our room.
Great hotel to stay with. Close to airport offers a free shuttle. Many choices for breakfast. Extremely friendly staff. Clean facilities. Close to Baltimore and DC.
Hotel was located just a few minutes from the airport. It was clean, rooms were much larger and accommodating than the price would have you believe. There was a small bar on site with decent drink selection. Service was great, staff was quick to help out if you needed a small item. They also offer free parking for up to a week along with shuttle services to the airport; a very welcome perk.
