The customer service was impeccable but I did noticed questionable stains on the bed covers. Honestly, it looked like it had not been changed, we could even see indented figures. After calling downstairs they quickly solved the issue without hesitancy. We were also able to ask for late check out which was great since our flight was leaving at night. They even took care of our luggage, and delivered it to us at the airport.
This was an amazing stay. The staff was incredibly helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. I didn't know the area so asked the front desk what was nearby and they had awesome suggestions and called up the complimentary shuttle for me. The bar and restaurant in the hotel was pricy and I only had fries and vodka but the experience with the wait staff was great. They made me feel at home.
Got in at 2am but they still had shuttles running. Driver was super nice. Amenities are great. Love the simple gym -- lots of space. Overall great room and breakfast at the Luminous restaurant was very good.
I found this hotel to be a very good deal all around. It is fairly priced to begin with. Also, located in a good spot with quick and easy access to the BWI Airport. The rooms appear to be Recently renovated. Our room was very clean and well appointed with modern furnishings. I would recommend this place to friends without reservation.
The hotel itself is nice, but it could really use some freshening up. It just seems to lack the "crispness" you would expect. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle within 3 miles of the hotel and it is great as long as your going to and from the airport. If you ask to go anywhere else some of the drivers give you grief. There were a couple of days that our room did not get cleaned until late evening, which was only a pain after sitting in seminars all day and just wanting to come back and relax a few minutes before going to dinner, and getting a knock on the door from house keeping. Overall the staff was very nice and the front desk tried to be as accommodating as possible. Hotel restaurant was good. I would stay again but maybe think about alternate transportation to and from places outside the airport.
